How will I know when a program or survey is available to me?
I received an Invitation, but there is nothing on my Welcome Page?
The Welcome Page says "Quota Full". Why?
How will I know when a Study is available to me?
TargetRx individually invites physicians to participate in an online study. The invitation is usually done by a fax sent to the physician's office.
Most of our registered physicians received a fax requesting their participation in an online study. Once they complete the short 4-step registration process, they are presented with their TargetRx Personal Welcome Page.
The Personal Welcome Page will indicate if a study is available in which to participate and the honoraria amount for successful completion of the study. Selecting the link to the study will take the physician directly into the study to begin.
I received an Invitation, but there is nothing on my Welcome Page?
The Personal Welcome Page will indicate if a study is available in which to participate and the honoraria amount for successful completion of the study. Selecting the link to the study will take the physician directly into the study to begin sharing their expertise with us.
If you were invited and no study appears, you may still be able to participate in a survey. On the lower left of your fax invitation [or lower left of an email invitation], you will see a Program Code. From your TargetRx Personal Welcome Page, select the link that states: If your invitation indicates that a specific program should be available and none is, or if this opportunity is in connection with a professional conference.
Enter the Program Code in the box indicated and select the blue Continue button. This will take you to the appropriate survey.
If it has been a significant length of time since you received the invitation, the study may have been completed and removed from the Personal Welcome Page. In this case, the Program Code will not allow you to enter the study.
The Welcome Page says "Quota Full". Why?
TargetRx studies have a specific number of participants for each study. When that number is reached, we automatically change your personal Welcome Page to indicate this with a message stating "Quota Full". While we attempt to invite the right number of participants, occasionally the study will reach it's quota quickly and you will see this message.
