What is the password 'hint' to be used for?
I wanted to use the Password Hint, but none of the options offered match the password
I created. What do I do??

What is the password 'hint' to be used for?
The Password Hint is used as a piece of data to help identify you in the event you forget your password and use our website to automatically have a copy sent to you.
If you can't recall your TargetRx Username and Password, simply click the link under "Forgot Your Password?" on our home page – www.targetrx.com.
You will then be asked to enter your Last Name, and the E-mail Address you used when you registered with TargetRx.
A screen with a second level of security will then be presented, asking you to submit the confidential "Password Hint" you created during the TargetRx registration process.
If all the data matches what is in your TargetRx Personal Profile, we will display your current Username and Password on the screen. If you do not remember your password hint, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address currently in your TargetRx Personal Profile.

The Password Hint is not designed to be a Password reminder. The Password Hint is designed to be an additional way to authenticate that you are who you say you are. If you should forget your password, we would use the hint, in addition to other information, to be certain we send the Username and Password to the right person.
