How do I change my name?
It is very simple to make a change to your personal information provided during the registration process. Simply login to TargetRx and select from the menu on the left "Edit Profile."
This will take you to a page displaying the information you provided during the Registration process. You will be able to update and make changes to your first name and middle initial only. For security reasons to make a change to your last name you must CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Just update the information on the form and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I change my address(es)?
It is very simple to make a change to your personal information provided during the registration process. Simply login to TargetRx and select from the menu on the left "Edit Profile."
This will take you to a page displaying the information you provided during the Registration process. Under the section "Primary Office Address", you will see the information currently listed for your Primary Office Address and your Honoraria Mailing Address (if different than your office address).
Update the information on the form and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I change my e-mail address?
It is very simple to make a change to your personal information provided during the registration process. Simply login to TargetRx and select from the menu on the left "Edit Profile."
This will take you to a page displaying the information you provided during the Registration process. Under the section "Contact Information", you will see the information currently listed for your e-mail address.
NOTE: Please be certain to include the whole address, include the "@" and the domain name extension .com, .net, .org, .edu. You must also confirm this address by retyping it under the "Confirm Password" field.
Update the information on the form and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.

Update the information on the form and click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
How do I change my DEA number?
There is no need to change the DEA Number you used after the registration process. TargetRx only uses the DEA Number for authentication and validation of your status as a physician. If you have any questions about your DEA number, please CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
How do I change my Username and / or Password?
It is very simple to make a change to your personal information provided during the registration process. Simply login to TargetRx and select from the menu on the left "Edit Profile."

Please be certain to enter your new Password twice for verification purposes.

How do I change my Practice Information?
It is very simple to make a change to your personal information provided during the registration process. Simply login to TargetRx and select from the menu on the left "Edit Profile."
