TargetRx online studies have a feature that permits you to stop at any time and come back where you left off.
If you wish to temporarily suspend participation in a study, select the blue button labeled "Suspend and Finish Later". You will then be able to come back, log in and select the study from your Personal Welcome Page and continue from where you stopped.
In order to assure the study will be available for your participation, please return within 24 hours of selecting "Suspend and Finish Later".
I received an error message. What should I do?
There are many reasons for an error message to be displayed. Some error messages are from the TargetRx systems, others from your Internet Service Provider and still others are based on your Internet browser.
First, read the message carefully. If it asks you to perform a specific action, (ex: "please try again") please perform that action.
Often error messages reflect a temporary situation on our network or somewhere on the networks that comprise the Internet. Waiting a few moments and trying the action again, very often result in a positive outcome.
If these don't remedy the situation, please contact Customer Service.
I wasn't eligible for a study I was invited to. Why?
Some of our studies are designed to identify participating physicians who meet extremely specific criteria. You may not have met the criteria for this specific study. The criterion varies from study to study and may be based upon many attributes, including, but not limited to, length of practice, geographic location and patient type.
If we are not able to identify physicians who meet the very specific criteria for these studies before we invite them to participate, we ask a few questions to determine a 'match'. Many of our studies have broad enough criteria not require this extremely specific matching method.
It is very likely you will be invited to a future, similar, study that is better suited to your specific qualifications.
