My Username and Password aren't working.
We recommend you make a second attempt to
enter your Username and Password. If you are using the right combination it
should work. But, with so many different Passwords and Usernames across the
Internet, it is very common to use the wrong one.
To obtain a copy of your current Username and Password go to www.targetrx.com, and select the link "Forgot your password?" This will take you to a page where you will be able to recover your current Username and Password.

If you can't recall your TargetRx Username and Password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link on our home page - www.targetrx.com.
You will then be asked to enter your last name and the e-mail address you used during the registration process.
A screen with a second level of security will then be presented, asking you to submit the confidential "hint" you created during the TargetRx registration process.
If all the data matches what is on your TargetRx Personal Profile, we will show your Username and Password in a pop-up window. If you cannot remember your hint - an email will be sent to the email address currently on your TargetRx Personal Profile.
If your Personal Profile isn't up-to-date, contact Customer Service.
