I received an Invitation to participate in an online survey, now what?


To access the survey to which you were invited, please visit our website – www.targetrx.com.

If you haven't yet registered, please select the blue REGISTER button and follow our simple 4-step registration process. At the completion of Registration, you will be taken to your personal Welcome Page where the survey name and honoraria amount will be listed. Click on the survey name to begin.

If you are currently an enrolled member of TargetRx, simply enter your username and password and select the blue LOGIN button. You will then be taken to your personal Welcome Page. Once you are there, you should see the survey name and honoraria amount listed. Click on the survey name to begin.

If you don't see the survey listed, please refer to your invitation for a "program code" in the lower left corner. Then, online, follow the link indicated. Enter the "program code", select ENTER and you will be taken to your personal Welcome Page where the survey name and honoraria amount will be listed. Click on the survey name and you will be taken to the survey to begin.
