Project Coordinator

 

Currently, we are seeking a Project Coordinator to be responsible for coordinating daily project management duties for assigned projects. This involves substantial daily interaction and coordination with various internal departments. This includes scheduling and coordinating project-planning meetings, maintaining and communicating project timelines, and communicating and resolving project problems and issues. This individual would also be responsible for project performance analysis that includes budget and timeline information gathering.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • BS/BA required
  • 1-2 years Project Management/Coordination experience preferred, but not required
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
  • Solid interpersonal, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to actively manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment
  • Ability and eagerness to learn and accept new responsibilities
  • Positive, self-motivated and exceptional desire to win
  • Strong PC skills
