Director, Client Solutions

 

TargetRx, Inc. is a pharmaceutical marketing information services company that provides sales and marketing management with actionable information to support decision-making. Located in Horsham, PA, TargetRx offers pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients a wide array of innovative products that drive marketing and sales force strategy.

Currently, we are seeking a Director, Client Solutions to be responsible for:

  • Providing insights and recommendations to clients so they realize maximum value from TargetRx information services
  • Coaching clients to understand and use the full power of the information
  • Engaging clients to the point they become advocates for TargetRx
  • Delivering accurate and timely marketing information and services to clients using marketing research and data expertise to provide insightful conclusions and recommendations
  • leading results presentations
  • managing the client interface to:
    • obtain specifications and other project inputs
    • manage meeting and delivery schedules and scope changes
    • provide the single point of contact for TargetRx for active projects
  • coordinating delivery with the Production team
  • Coaching Analysts in the development of client-focused, product, market, and research consulting knowledge and skills
  • Recognizing opportunities and leading sales efforts for current brand (renewals and new offerings)
  • Supporting business development efforts to re-new projects and to sell into new brands within the client organization
  • delivering high value engagements that facilitate project renewals
  • finding leads and passing them along to the account manager
  • making introductions, facilitating referrals, obtaining references
  • participating in sales presentations, particularly to address technical and results elements
  • shaping research study design and scope to address client business needs and objectives

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Brand Marketing
  • Market Research with experience supporting brand teams and conducting primary research
  • Market research or consulting vendor supporting brand teams
  • Excellent relationship building skills both externally with clients and internally to influence/work the organization to meet account/project goals
  • Ability to cull out strategic insights from data and engage in strategic conversations with client teams at top pharmaceutical companies
  • Very strong presentation and communication skills
  • Pharmaceutical sales and/or sales management experience a plus
  • Prior P&L responsibility a plus
  • Experience in building teams and managing, coaching and developing people
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
